Phaedra Chrousos is the Chief Operating Officer of SLI. Previously, she served as Chief Strategy Officer of Libra Group, SLI’s parent company, where she oversaw a portfolio of cross-group initiatives and launched several new subsidiaries.

A two-time venture-backed technology founder, she brought her entrepreneurial expertise to the Obama Administration, where she scaled several of the President’s signature digital initiatives and founded the Technology Transformation Service for the U.S. government.

Phaedra began her career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and The World Bank. She holds a BA from Georgetown University, an MSc from The London School of Economics, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
