I took Seleni’s Perinatal Loss & Grief course after a second trimester loss. While I was also in therapy, learning about the “why” of my feelings in addition to “how” to process my grief was critical in my healing process. The curriculum is structured so thoughtfully, and I can’t say enough about the course, both as a maternal support professional and grieving mother. It was so beneficial to me in my postpartum journey - after loss and again when I had my rainbow babies (twins)!

— Heidi, Perinatal Loss & Grief Graduate
