With a deep commitment to providing supportive and compassionate therapy, Megan works with individuals and couples with a focus on life & career transitions, relationships & intimacy, anxiety & stress and family building.

At the core of Megan's practice is the belief that every individual possesses the innate capacity for growth and self-discovery. Her therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in collaboration and connection, emphasizing the power of authentic dialogue in navigating life's transitions and challenges. Megan draws from a variety of therapeutic influences including person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and narrative approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Before embarking on her journey as a therapist, Megan spent a decade in the corporate world, an experience that enriches her therapy practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from New York University, as well as a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
