Our April Newsletter

April 2021 – While we move further into the spring season, we are renewed with hope for the months ahead. As flowers bloom and the weather warms, we recognize April as Stress Awareness Month and April 11-17 as Black Maternal Health Week and we urge our community to prioritize your mental health. As we transition into the season of rebirth, be sure to make time for yourself to get outside, check in with loved ones and help those in your communities who may need a little extra support.

This month, hear from Nitzia Logothetis, Seleni Founder, Executive Director and Psychotherapist who was featured in an article about spring cleaning for our mental health.

Wishing our Seleni community health, happiness, and renewed hope for the spring ahead.
